How long does it take for my order to ship?
In-stock canvases and kits typically ship within 2-3 business days. For custom hand-painted designs or out-of-stock items, please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery as each piece is meticulously crafted.
Do your canvases come with threads included?
Our canvases are sold individually unless specified as a 'Complete Kit'. However, we offer optional thread kitting services where our experts can select the perfect wool, silk, or cotton fibers to match your design.
What is your return policy for needlepoint supplies?
We accept returns on unopened, unused kits and accessories within 30 days of purchase. Please note that hand-painted canvases and custom-cut threads are final sale and cannot be returned.
Can I request a custom needlepoint design?
Yes! Greystone Needlepoint specializes in custom commissions. Whether it is a family crest, a pet portrait, or a specific home landscape, contact our design team to start the consultation process.
Do you offer finishing services for completed projects?
Absolutely. Once you have finished stitching your piece, you can send it to us to be professionally finished into a decorative pillow, ornament, acrylic tray, or framed wall art.
What types of mesh do you use?
Most of our canvases are painted on premium Zweigart mono deluxe needlepoint canvas, available in 13-mesh or 18-mesh counts depending on the level of detail in the design.
